Security found my bride's cell phone and responded to all distractions we encountered promptly. Food outlets Manager, Kevin Bussey and Exec Chef Luciano both took the time out of their schedules to make sure our group was satisfied with the fantastic food, exquisite service, and phenomenal dining experience we received. Between the group, all of the F&B outlets were frequented and enough couldn't be said about the variety and quality at each, especially Luis Rey's and the new Cave wine bar and restaurant. The Spa received good reviews as well and many of the ladies enjoyed a cabana afterwards by the pool. Much of our guests watched Frankie Valli and the four seasons at the Starlight Theatre and raved about the experience. Some 40+ room nights in a variety of rooms, including Grand Suites, were all handled flawlessly by Scott Anton at a group discount. Not to mention, a few special welcoming treats and congratulatory bubbly for the bridal suite and/or B&G. Rooms were ultra clean, well appointed, and spacious. It was the absolute best accommodations for the price anywhere in the area. Our friends and family all stayed here in a room block for my wedding weekend in Fallbrook. We took advantage of everything Pala Resort & Casino had to offer.
